1.Ball valves are designed to use in the full-open or fullclose positions.

2.There would be a lit bit higher start executing torque for the valves which haven't been used for a long time.

3.Packing might be adjusted to avoid leakage during the valve operation.

4.Special tools or wrenches should be used to adjust the packing according to detailed specifications or sizes.

5.Each QZT valve should be done nitrogen test under the rated pressure of 1000psi (69bar).
